The Laser Engraving Process

At Lucas, we use state of the art laser technology (YAG laser or CO2 laser with CERMARK) to engrave your high-grade stainless steel plates. The laser beam engraves the essential information on the nameplate by penetrating the surface, making the information visible from near and far.

For fixing, Lucas will add holes through the metal where customers can use ball chains or screws for attachment. The metal nameplates also carry the option to have a self-adhesive backing (no holes).
