We supply premium high-tack vinyl rolls that are suitable for a wide range of industrial and domestic applications, where exceptional adhesion is required. It is not too dissimilar from our HT700 high-tack vinyl tape, but the main difference is that it is more suited for outdoor applications.
Premium vinyl is a high-tack material that is typically used for industrial labelling and code labels. The material has a high adhesion level and is resistant to extreme weather conditions, making it an ideal choice for use in harsh environments.
The main benefits of premium ST700 vinyl tape include:
Resistant to weather conditions: This material can be readily applied to surfaces with no additional adhesive needed. The high-tack composition means that the sticker will remain attached to the surface even when exposed to enhanced temperatures, excessive humidity or prolonged sunlight (little chance of that in the UK!)
High tack: Premium vinyl is also resistant to water, oil and chemicals, making it an ideal choice for use in outdoor environments where these factors are likely to be present. It can be used on metal surfaces as well as glass or plastic ones, and even on unfinished wood.
Strong durability: Premium vinyl has excellent resistance against abrasion, tearing and stretching due to its tough construction and reinforced backing layer. It’s estimated to last in these conditions for in the region of an impressive 7 to 10 years.
Inspection labels, safety labels and more
ST700 is a popular choice for industrial labellings such as wire and cable marking when it needs to be done in outdoor areas, for the reasons mentioned above.
Being high-tack doesn’t mean that this choice can only be used outdoor, of course, it can be used indoor as well for a range of options, but the premium vinyl option just adds that extra bit of weather resistance to make it exceptional for outdoor applications.
